Registration
The Canadian AI 2026 conference is co-located with the Conference on Robots and Vision 2026 (CRV). Canadian AI attendees will be able to attend sessions hosted by CRV and vice versa. Registration is handled by Simon Fraser University.
Author Registration
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the Canadian AI conference.
Each full registration covers up to one conference paper, and two workshop or GSS papers.
If any author requires an invitation letter for visa purposes, please email csevcomm@sfu.ca after registration and provide the following info: your name as shown in your passport, nationality, date of birth, address, accepted paper ID & title, and whether you are the presenter.

Registration Fees
- Canadian AI 2026 regular registration (for one main conference paper): CAD 750
- Canadian AI 2026 student registration (for up to two GSS papers): CAD 400
- Early-bird registration deadline: April 30, 2026
- Regular: CAD 750; student: CAD 400; Industry track only: CAD 100
- Standard registration deadline: May 07, 2026
- Regular: CAD 850; student: CAD 450; Industry track only: CAD 100
